What you choose to share

Our forms request your name, email, optional telephone number, and optional message. They also record the type of enquiry and your consent. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data.

How enquiries are handled

When enquiry delivery is enabled, submissions are forwarded to the configured Synkodex enquiry service to respond to your request. If delivery is unavailable, the form displays an error rather than confirming receipt. No enquiry database is maintained by this website application.

Updates and your choices

Newsletter interest requires a separate subscription request. A project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing updates. You may ask to withdraw consent, correct information, or delete an enquiry by replying to a response from Synkodex.

Technical information

The hosting and API services may process IP addresses and operational logs to deliver the website and prevent abuse. This implementation does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking. Fonts and images are served from the website itself.

Before public launch

This pre-launch notice must be supplemented with the registered data controller, a dedicated privacy contact, named processing providers, retention periods, and applicable international transfer terms before live personal-data collection begins.
